This Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, delivery of digital goods, refunds, and chargeback disputes are handled for purchases made on zone-rush.com and/or play.zone-rush.com (the “Service”).

This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions (Terms of Use). If there is a conflict, the Terms prevail, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

For all billing, refund, or delivery issues, contact info@zone-rush.com before initiating a bank dispute, so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

2. What You Can Buy

We sell digital content for the game, which may include:

  • In-game Virtual Currency (e.g., game credits)
  • In-game Virtual Items (e.g., items, cosmetics, boosts)
  • Other one-off digital goods explicitly presented at checkout

No subscriptions: Purchases are one-off (no recurring billing) unless we explicitly introduce subscriptions in the future and provide separate consent flows and disclosures.

3. Accepted Payment Methods and Payment Processing

  1. Payment methods. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country/region (e.g., cards, alternative payment methods).
  2. Payment processors. Payments may be processed by third-party PSPs/acquirers. Their processing terms and security checks may apply in addition to this Policy.
  3. Authorisation and verification. We (and our PSPs) may apply risk controls (e.g., 3DS, device fingerprinting, fraud screening). A transaction may be declined or held pending verification.

4. Pricing, Currencies, and Taxes

  1. Currencies. Supported transaction currencies may include USD, EUR, AUD, GBP, CAD. Availability depends on your region and the PSP; we may adjust available currencies at any time.
  2. Displayed price. The final price is shown before you confirm your purchase.
  3. Taxes. Where applicable, taxes (e.g., VAT/GST/sales taxes) will be added and displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

  1. Delivery method. Digital goods are delivered electronically by being:
    1. credited to your Account; and/or
    1. made available in-game immediately after payment confirmation.
  2. Delivery timing. Delivery is normally instant or within a short period after successful payment.
  3. If delivery fails. If you do not receive your digital goods within 2 hours, first:
    1. refresh/relogin to your Account; and then
    1. contact info@zone-rush.com with the transaction ID/receipt and your Account identifier.

We may require evidence of purchase (receipt/transaction reference) to investigate.

6. Your Acknowledgement for Immediate Supply of Digital Content

Because we provide digital content that is typically supplied immediately:

  • You acknowledge that performance (delivery/availability) may begin right away after purchase.
  • Depending on your jurisdiction and consumer law, this may affect your ability to cancel/withdraw once delivery begins.

Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Refund Eligibility — General Rules

We assess refunds case-by-case, applying the rules below and any mandatory legal requirements.

7.1 Refunds we generally approve

We will generally approve a refund (or provide replacement delivery) if:

  1. Non-delivery: You were charged but did not receive the digital goods and we cannot deliver them after investigation.
  2. Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same order due to a processing error.
  3. Unauthorised transaction: There is credible evidence that your payment method was used without authorisation and we cannot confirm your authorisation through PSP records (e.g., authentication logs), subject to fraud review.
  4. Technical fault attributable to us: A material defect prevented access to the purchased digital content and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.

7.2 Refunds we generally do not approve

To the extent permitted by law, we generally do not refund where:

  1. Digital content already delivered/consumed: Virtual Currency/Items have been credited to your Account and used/spent/consumed, or transferred where transfer is possible.
  2. Change of mind: You simply no longer want the item/credits after successful delivery.
  3. Violation/abuse: We reasonably suspect fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, exploitation, or a breach of the Terms.
  4. Third-party issues outside our control: Your local network/device issues or third-party platform restrictions caused your inability to use the content, and the Service itself is functioning.

7.3 Partial refunds

If some portion of content was delivered and used, we may offer (where legally permissible):

  • a partial refund, or
  • replacement credits/items, or
  • account adjustment

8. Refund Request Window and How to Request

8.1 Time limits

You must submit refund requests within:

  • 14 days of the transaction date, and
  • as soon as you become aware of the issue (e.g., non-delivery),
    unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law.

8.2 How to request a refund

Email info@zone-rush.com with:

  • your Account identifier (email/username, if applicable)
  • order/transaction ID (from the receipt)
  • date/time and amount
  • currency
  • description of the issue
  • screenshots or evidence (if relevant)

We may request additional information to validate your claim (e.g., confirmation from your bank, proof of identity in fraud cases), but we will minimise requested data.

9. Refund Processing and Timelines

  1. Review. We typically respond within 3 business days with either:
    1. approval (refund initiated),
    1. a request for additional information, or
    1. denial with rationale.
  2. Refund method. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
  3. Timing. Once initiated, refunds usually complete within:
    1. 5–10 business days (card payments), depending on issuer/PSP, or
    1. as per the relevant payment method’s settlement cycle.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or PSPs.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  1. Contact us first. Before filing a chargeback/dispute with your bank, contact info@zone-rush.com so we can attempt resolution.
  2. Evidence. If you file a chargeback, we may provide the bank/PSP with evidence such as:
    1. delivery logs (credit to Account),
    1. login/activity logs,
    1. authentication records (e.g., 3DS),
    1. support communications,
    1. anti-fraud signals.
  3. Account actions. If a chargeback is filed:
    1. we may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation; and/or
    1. we may revoke the credited Virtual Currency/Items associated with the disputed transaction (to the extent permitted by law), especially where content was delivered.
  4. Chargeback abuse. Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may result in Account termination and/or restriction of future purchases.

11. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Controls

To protect users and maintain PSP/merchant compliance, we may:

  • reject, void, or refund transactions flagged as high-risk;
  • require additional verification;
  • limit purchase frequency/amounts; and
  • block purchases from certain locations or payment instruments.

Where we cancel a transaction before delivery, we will refund any captured funds.

12. Promotions, Discounts, and Bundles

  1. Promotional offers may be time-limited and subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of the offer.
  2. Refunds for discounted/bundled purchases may be adjusted proportionally to reflect the net price paid.

13. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date will indicate changes. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Policy.
